Description
On week 4, we were tasked to create exploding shapes but in different values. Unlike traditional painting, our professor want us to tape over the drawing to make sure we get crisp lines. Our goal of this project was to get the audience to look at that focal point. The inspiration behind this piece came from when I was watching an armless ballerina dancing in the Americas got talent show. Combined that with another video of a girl dancing on what looked like a gear shaped platform, it gave me an idea of an armless ballerina dancing in the clocktower. It was a bit of a challenge, but I do loved the concept and how the main focal point was focusing on the clock and the figure.
