It's about time I got to her. This is my drawing of Chevron from Harvey Street Kids aka Harvey Girls Forever. A Minor character of interest original to the show. She is Dot's rival ever since Preschool, who is very competitive and a very skilled child prodigy of many talents, who pursues many different activities to be proficient in to satisfy her ego, she was even able to host a comet viewing party with NASA as guests when she was only a preschooler, the first of her many one-upsmanships over Dot, though it turns out that she had also been jealous of her at the time. She appears, at least once a season, involved in some competition or conflict with Dot. She seems to be of some French descent, even singing fluently, though she usually speaks in a British accent which may be fake, and she also lives two blocks over from Harvey Street. She can be pretty full of herself, as noted by her punk rock phase where she actively overshadowed her band mates, even sabotaging their instruments and had one that experienced an unspeakable fate offscreen that is never to be spoken of. Her brashness aside, usually by the end of the episode, she and Dot learn to better respect each other in good sportsmanship, even finally becoming actual friends in season 4, competing with each other, rather than against each other. Interestingly enough, she seems to really enjoy teal and is also associated with a v-shaped sigil as opposed to Dot's dots. As for issues with drawing, the pattern on her skirt was pretty troublesome to do and, while there wasn't really a shortage of screenshots to use for reference, though i notice her fringe tends to flip depending on the screenshot, and there may have been personal issues in the process that I'd rather not focus on. I was also originally tempted to draw her eyes slyly facing sideways, feeling it might add some flare, but I was told it was better this way and agreed on it.
