Snails are in fact delicious with garlic and butter - sadly, I have to go to Paris for them! I love the texture of this piece!

Actually-yes. It says that among swarming things only those with six legs-so technically some grasshoppers are kosher-but I wouldn't know which particular ones. Either way, I've been told, or rather I recognize snails as being unkosher.
