While making the animatic, I wanted to give Rai one or two outfits before he has the one that was given to him. In the hypothetical canon, Rai does still have the traits to his fan comic counterpart such as his loyalty and friendliness and love for adventure, but the difference of this one would be that he does not trust anyone due to the possible of someone turning him in to Area 64. However if this was a real thing, he would slowly change and start trusting the SMG4 gang and sees them as family to him
