This was something I had been debating About but it can’t be help. When I got hoaxton, “dav-ink” had told me that he was one to look out for Toby once every thing happened I got all of their stuff that kind fell with Toby too, but honestly Toby Just is gone, so since he does play part with hoaxton bit I figured I would have my own version of him and the role he plays.

Just wanna make something clear, I don’t own Toby or anything. This just the version I’ll be using of him when I make story’s about him and the others. It’s really just my own creativity in play. sp that’s why he’s not getting any fancy ref just the general idea.

i don’t want people going to dav-ink acc if they don’t need too, the person who once own it doesn’t deserve that.

Personality:
Though Toby usually has an up-beat and hyper personality, he can be very sarcastic at times and he will sometimes lose control of his emotions due to his bipolar disorder. He can change from being very emotional to being angry or happy in an instant, making it very difficult to talk to him at times. Despite this, he can be friendly to certain people and he is a natural born trouble-maker.
Now 27 y/o, his personality in general has grown a bit more mature and a bit less hyper.

Features:
-the side of his mouth is deteriorated, exposing his teeth and gums
-his eyes appear as if he has cataracts. His pupils are foggy
-he has a sad little teen 'stache and facial hair
-has messy brown hair
-skin is pale, almost gray.
-has a split eyebrow and dark circles
-big camouflage Jacket

Disorders:
-C.I.P.A.: (Congenital Insensitivity to Pain with Anhidrosis) Causes him to be numb to pain.
-Schiznophrenia: Delusions, Bizarre Behavior, Disorganized Speech
-Tourette Syndrome: Tics in result in cracking of neck and joints.
-P.I.S.D.: (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) after car accident
-Amnesia (after he met Slenderman)

Weapons:
He uses two hatchets for weapons. One of them is newer looking with an orange handle, and the other one is very old looking and plain.

Weapon Holder:
-The weapon holder composes of parts, the chest holder, four magnets on four tiny holders to prevent it from falling off and blade holders at the bottom.
If Toby wants to place his hatchets back in, he simply slides them into the blade holders which triggers the 4 magnets making them clicking back securely into place.

Important Notes and Facts:

- Red He's a jealous, sarcastic, jerk mostly. He's full of himself, and although he's not very bright, nor is he particularly mean to people, he's just obnoxious and doesn't exactly know how to play nice or compliment or introduce himself properly.

- Red He's not extremely nice, kind and not extremely friendly and easy to get along with.

-Red it's most certainly him not saying "waffles" and other random shit every once in a while. (FYI He's not a fanatic waffle loving baboon)

- Red Toby is also very emotionally detached. He's not an emotional person at all, he doesn't remember anything from his past. To him, his past never happened and he doesn't really question it.

- Red His personality is NOT playful and childish but sarcastic and obnoxious. He has a rather 'dark' sense of humor. He's sadistic, he finds other people's pain, funny in general (unless its somebody hes fond of and they're seriously hurt)

- Red He's irresponsible and makes himself sound like he's got things under control but he seems to always fall through on what he says he's gonna do by never doing it.

- Red He relies heavily on Slenderman, and is always trying to look for a way to impress him although he usually ends up doing it to make the other proxies feel jealous.

Note: masky or hoodie are not proxies, in my own story line he only really knows his hoax and ray. Did know clockwork but because I don’t know lot about her I just will say that because of the proxy laws he can’t see her.

hoaxton:
these two are like “brothers” but hoaxton does get annoyed by him casually out of the two Toby is older proxy, if not anything I would think Toby just glad not to be alone in the woods

Ray: he finds her kinda scary but would say she’s too quiet for his liking.
