Conceptual sketch of my Dragonite character, Erran c: he's so adorable. Erran is able to raise or lower his level of ability, and the lower he keeps it, the younger he appears. He usually appears to be about 12, but can leap to his 20's+ when he's fully charged. I have yet to design his 'adult' state yet, but when I do, I'll post it to my gallery with his info.
