Ahm, sorry for the late reply, too much on my inbox
As for the question, I use Paint Tool SAI for y colorings and Photoshop CS4 for final touches, unless it is vectors, then I do all in Photoshop
If I work by hand, I use colored pencils, watercolours, pastels, and acrylics
