This is just so remarkable and mind-blowing! Seeing Shadow with his pose and expression like that makes him look so sexy and phenomenal! 
I really love the colouring, the shadings and highlights and the very dark background!

I use Paint Tool SAI sometimes but for this I used Photoshop CS5 but any will do in my opinion.
