Good concept. Nice execution BUT
Too bad it's a photo montage/manipulation and not just 4 photos. Took one "base plate" and cut piece for the polaroid with the computer. Would have been nice to have 4 different polaroids.

Actually, as I already mentioned to another comment, it would be impossible to take 4 self-portraits holding an actual polaroid and align it perfectly with my face. Let alone that, even if you don't take into concideration the waste of 4 polaroids (they're kinda expensive!) it's practically impossible to take such a close-up photo with a polaroid camera. However, I agree with you that it would be cooler if I could do it for real. I prefer reality than Photoshop too. Like in my "If I were..." series.

Align it perfectly yes it would be impossible but the slight difference between each portrait would make it more satisfying visualy when here it's too obvious it's a copy.
But it's your choice and i understand it! But then this the category would better be digital darkroom as this is more a decoupage than photos.

I think this is very interesting. And I like the smile, but perhaps that is because I'm a strange person. You have such a wonderful jaw line, I know that is a bit odd to say, but that's one of the things I notice, and your eyes look amazing, very contemplative and mysterious. The only thing that gives them away is your expressions. Which, by the way, I think that it is interesting how you showed them, very creative.
