Hey, everyone !

I made two polls, and finally, it was decided, by adding both votes, to submit there my posters and graphic designs works. For those who don't know, i'm a graphic design student, even though my dream is to become an illustrator later.

I joined a cypriot posters contest, called " Graphic Stories ". The original theme was " Tolerance " . I lost, but i wanted to share with you my participation ^^. Here is the sentences i wrote for the contest, explaining this work :

I took inspiration from old classic french stamp from 1995 to 2007, depicting Marianne, France's symbol. I made three elegant and sweet representations feminines, depiciting, with their traits and the colour on them, their ethnicity or religion. Lines mix between them, showing an acceptation and a tolerance, mixing together and being equal. For the font, I took the inspiration from Art Nouveau, a french mouvment, appearing at the beginning of the Xxth century. Finally, by their softness and their presence by three, these women are a reference to the French motto : Liberty, equality, fraternity.
