This makes me think that it'd be as silly and as well-handled as the "Ol' Timey" Homestar Runner continuity. You can be well assured, this would be a hoot!

Where Tails' tails? Tails can't be Tails without his tails beacuase Tails' tails is part of Tails' identity (try saying that 3 times fast).
Aside from that, it's cute, appealing and captures the 1930's designs quite well.
