Description

Scorpion Spirit, a character in the classical Chinese novel "Journey to the West", is a female demon from the poisonous enemy Mountain Pipa Cave in the Western Liang Dynasty. Her original form is a scorpion the size of a pipa.
She was originally a scorpion spirit from Leiyin Temple, but she was accidentally pushed by the Buddha Buddha when she didn't close her hands while listening to the Buddhist scriptures. She then stabbed the Buddha in pain with a poison stake. The Tathagata ordered King Kong to capture her, and she fled to the poisonous enemy Mountain Pipa Cave near the Western Liang Kingdom.
