From the series of educational books by Isaac Asimov, published by Dell Publishing, 1989.

Originally painted in 1981, as a Art Center College of Design free project, it was set on Umbriel, a moon of Uranus, and was intended as a fuel refinery for wayward starships.

As with many Sci-Fi related works I did in my school days, it ended up being published as a cover-here, for Isaac Asimov's "Library of the Universe", intended for kids, as an introduction to space travel, and to stimulate a "Sense of Wonder" about the universe.
