Description
While in Pokemon school, Ash decided to send Pikachu on a plane for a little vacation to the Orange Islands to see Ritchie and play with Sparky, its brother. While Pikachu was sent to the airport, Pikachu was in the cargo hold of the plane. But somehow, Ash's "special delivery" was misplaced. Maybe Pikachu got out and went elsewhere, maybe Ash told it to be a goofy Mouse Pokemon, but whatever happened, Pikachu was put into the wrong plane and was now being sent to Petalburg City in the Hoenn region! Two days later, Max went outside of his dad's gym to find a box at the door.

"What could that mailman have sent dad?" Max wondered aloud as he took the box inside the gym, "there's no mail today!"

"Why did you go out there, Max?" asked May, who returned to visit Max just in time for him to have the box.

"I don't have any idea," replied her little brother, "dad and mom are on vacation in Sinnoh!"
Max opened the box and Ash's Pikachu sprung out like a Spoink and tried frantically to run away and escape.

"Dad sent me a Pikachu!!!" Max exclaimed joyfully, "c'mere, buddy!"

"Um, Max?" May asked.

"Be quiet, May, I've got it!" said Max confidently as he chased Pikachu all around the gym. At last, he cornered Pikachu in a corner.

"You're mine now, you little electrified rodent!" Max said satisfactorily, moving in.

"Pika! Pika-Pi! Pika-chu! Pika!-Pi!" it said frantically.

Little Pikachu tried frantically to explain that this was all a big misunderstanding, but Max was oblivious to this. At last, Pikachu zapped Max with its Thunderbolt, shocking him badly.

"I feel like a Kalos fry!" said Max weakly. He recovered quickly enough to see Pikachu trying everything to get out. Pikachu shot around the room, bashing into walls with its Bolt Tackle. The two siblings tried to capture it, but they were afraid to act. Pikachu was just too quick. May finally grabbed hold of the little Mouse Pokemon as it tried to shoot by her again. She held it against her, fighting to end its "berserk-a-thon."

"CONTROL YOURSELF!!!!" she screamed, "YOU'LL HURT YOURSELF!!!!"

At last, Pikachu calmed down. But Max was confused as he walked up to it.

"Why are you here?" asked Max. Pikachu explained everything from start to finish.

"Hi again, Pikachu!" Max said, lovingly hugging his old friend, "don't worry, little buddy! I'll take care of you until Ash gets here!"

Pikachu gave a small smile. At least it would be in good company until Ash found him.
