Ha ha, a fan of Last Man Standing, I assume? 
The pose is good for running, though I would have the right arm cocked back a bit further. If she's reaching for the combat knife it makes sense- though given that she's already pointing a gun and running it makes it slightly difficult to follow.
It might just be my eye but it looks like the back leg is running perpendicular to the camera while the front leg is coming sort of towards the viewer. The arms and torso suggest perpendicular motion.
The perspective on the forward arm is fairly convincing, though on close inspection the arm appears to be a bit low. This is because the shoulder is either much smaller than the back shoulder (due to not having the same pauldron,) or because the forward shoulder was not drawn in. Given the position of the gun, the forward shoulder should still be visible, just behind the gun barrel.
Chunky is fine, especially with armour, though I fear the fingers on the back arm are a little short.
The pose's tilt would be perfect with a straight horizon - with a tilted horizon like this, she would appear to be falling over rather than sprinting. Unless she's running up a hill...
I do see what you're doing with the blurring on the forward arm, though some blending at the edges with the background would do the piece a massive favour, especially near the lit up edge of the pistol.
It should be noted that this sort of pose is much more challenging than the majority of poses that people end up drawing - it's way easier to draw, say, someone standing up straight with one arm held straight out, perpendicular to the camera.
Now, onto the good stuff
Keep up the good work! "Summer 1" ([link] involves a much less challenging pose, but you only further expanded on your strengths with that one.
