this features Laura in the second costume she would favour while useing the code name talon. some fans of Laura or xmen, might recognize this as the outfit she wore during her cannonical assoaction with the time displaced, young original that were a thing (for all our sins) through out much of the 2010s

while i have my issues with that era. i have always thought the costume Laura dones in the all new all diffrent era of xmen before becoming wolverine is one of the best shes ever worn and i had to include it

as for the scentinels while they still have a presence with our universe we are making effots to not constantly live the glory days of days of future past. they are certainly still a threat especial in large numbers but are no loger, discount sky net. out side of specific circumstances

as its my belief marvels refusal to move on form days of future past or that the sentinels always returning in some form or fashion with in each era of xmen. plays a significant part as to while it feels like the xmen. more than perhaps any other team. feel like their stuck running in place. in my opinion the sentinels should not have returned as a major villian after the end of the mutant messhia arc

now saying that im not against sentinels apearing as villian. or i dont see their point. but their hayday as villain's at least the front line big bads and the consent return to some variation of days of future past has come and gone. its hard to care about the xmen if their adtempts to be rid of that dark future never seem to stick. that dark fate is unchanging and unchangeable

in my view if sentinels 'changed' to fitt diffrent roles and became metaphores for aspects of our society, such profiling, tools of police brutality as they were in the short lived 'gifted' series , the rise of servlance states and drone warfair they could still find their place as a reliable enemy for the xmen and other heros to fight.
