Description
You can only activate 1 "Celesei Partners" per turn, and only once that turn. Choose 1 of these effects:
● Target 1 "Celesei" monster you control; reduce the ATK of 1 monster your opponent controls by that monster's ATK. If the ATK was reduced to 0 by this effect, destroy that monster.
● Target 2 "Celesei" monsters you control; Increase the ATK of the first monster by the ATK of the second target until the End Phase, but they cannot attack directly, also any damage they inflict is halved and cannot be increased.
