Description
Cannot be destroyed by battle. If you control no monsters, or if all monsters you control are "Dekalis" monsters, you can Normal Summon this card without Tributing. You can only use each of the following effects of "Dekalis Riz" once per turn, and only once that turn. If this card is sent to the GY as a material for a "Dekalis" monster; Destroy 1 card your opponent controls. If your opponent activates a card or effect while you control another "Dekalis" card; you can return this card to your hand (Quick Effect): Negate that effect and destroy that card.
