During either player's turn, you can pay 600 LP; halve the ATK of 1 monster your opponent controls and increase this card's ATK by the amount lost until the End Phase. If this card is destroyed by your opponent: Special Summon 1 Level 8 or lower "Neo Gamer" monster from your GY.
