Description
You can only control 1 "Neo Gamer Power-Up - BLACK FOREST". "Neo Gamer" monsters you control cannot be destroyed by your opponent's card effects. If this card is activated, place 4 Lost Paradise Counters on this card. Each time you take battle damage, place 1 Counter on this card. During either player's turn, you can remove 2 Lost Paradise Counters from this card, then target 1 "Neo Gamer" monster in your GY; Special Summon it, but it cannot activate its effects, also it is returned to the bottom of your deck when it leaves the field. You cannot Special Summon monsters the turn you activate this effect, except "Neo Gamer" monsters (even if this card leaves the field). If this face-up card in its owner's Spell & Trap Zone has left the field because of an opponent's effect, and is now in the GY or banished: Special Summon 1 "Rough Child" monster from your hand or GY in defense position, but that monster cannot activate its effects this turn. You can only use this effect of "Neo Gamer Power-Up - BLACK FOREST" once per turn.
