PC idea I had for a Deadlands game. Howls at Night (Howls for short) is a very very very good doctor. Who is personable, courteous, outgoing, and DEEPLY unsettling. Very Addam's family where you're not sure where "oblivious of normal people's niceties" ends and "doesn't care and maybe enjoys fucking with people" begins. Master of sympathetic magic.
Yes he is about to give some schmuck some S-Tier but deeply traumatizing medical care (not sarcasm.)
