Matser Stroke Certification.Questions What is a Master Stroke Albufera?Albufera Magistral now translated to Master Stroke Albufera due to the more international audience of the breed, is a title created to distinguish the individuals from the breed with the ideal conformation. The breed indeed started as a drawing from an artist in the 17th century who imagined what the perfect horse could look like, and through the years the members of his family have selected horses to recreate said art, Master Stroke Albuferas are considered the perfect incarnation of this artist’s vision. These individuals represent the most prized and treasured members of the breed. They can never be neutered and go on to become the best Albufera studs and broodmares, they represent the future of the breed and are cited as exemplary individuals.,What do you gain from passing this certification?A certificate of Master Stroke Albufera for the horse you entered with.A bonus of 10XP to this individual on top of the XP you get from drawing the test entry.10XP to all foals sired or birthed by your horse, this applies even to foals sired or birthed in the past. If both parents are Master Strokes then the foals gets 20XP.The ability to sell this horse or their foals up to 3x the maximum allowed at its current level and also to sell for real money.Example: You bought this Albu at 150pts, it’s level Athlete so you can add 15% to their price. That makes it 172.5, then if this Albu is a Master Stroke you can do 172.5x3=517.5 and sell it for that price either in points or IRL currency. *Note that this is not an obligation. The ability to sell this horse’s breeding slots for 3X the price of its actual breeding lot.Example: You can sell an albus breeding slot for up to 100 points, this is an Athlete Albu so you can sell them for 150. If this Albu is a Master Stroke you can sell their slots for 150x3=450 either points or IRL currency. *Note that this is not an obligation.A Master Stroke Ribbon, blanquet and t-shirt.Your Albu gets added to the Master Stroke breeding list so eventual people looking for quality parents will find yours more easily.Bragging rights.,Other information:If an Albu has one parent who is a Master Stroke, only the profile and front facing picture will be required for them to qualify as a Master Stroke. If an Albu is born from two Master Stroke parents then it will only require the profile view picture in order to qualify them.Horses have to be registered as Albuferas even if they’re not born from two Albuferas. There are other breeds that are foundational for the breed and will give you an Albufera foal if bred with a pure Albu.Rules:Albuferas must be at least 4 years old to enter.Draw your Albufera of choice in 3 positions:Profile view: To show the proportions, silhouette and conformation.Front facing or ¾ facing: To show mainly the chest and the head, ears… from another perspective. In motion: to show the natural movement of the horse, the horse shouldn’t be ridden. Trot, canter, gallop whichever you choose it should be natural looking. Walking isn’t ideal. Reminder that Albuferas do not amble! You may draw all the pictures on the same page or separate them. The point of this is to make your horse look their best! All 3 pictures should look clean, the mane can be shaved, short or long, in any case the neck should be fully visible with no obstruction whatsoever. The mane should be neatly braided or perfectly slicked on the other side of the neck. The tail can also be of any length, however make sure that the hind legs are well defined and visible mainly in the profile picture. The drawings should be shaded with both shadows and lighting, a background is not necessary. I do not expect a 16th century painting, but if you want to do that, go ahead. There is no deadline, you get the certificate once the illustrations are made and they get approved. Please message the group once your application is finished.See underneath these illustrations I made as an example. If need be, there will also be a detailed description of what is expected below:,Information you should add in the description of you application:Horse name and/or link to reference.Horse age as drawn in the application:Horse discipline if any:Horse XP if counted:Horse lineage if any:A short description of their temper and character between 100 and 250 words.Detailed description of the ideal Albufera:,Oriental specifics:For an Oriental Albufera to be considered a Master Stroke they must:Have straight ears, without the slight curl at the tip that all other horses have.Have hooded eyes as Akhal -Tekes tend to have.Have a long back even though their overall share must stay balanced, she shouldn’t look like a Daschund.Have a thinner mane and tail than the classic Albufera: not incredibly thin, classic Albuferas already have very thick manes and tails. They’re overall thinner and leaner.See their reference:,Questions -Andee
