I agree, this is pretty sad! At least, she got into Baseball & Golf and now she's a reccuring character in Mario Tennis so hopefully she will be playable in future Mario Sports titles as well?
I mean, her come-back to the Mario series was in Mario Golf World Tour as DLC after all!

Yeah, part of me would like to believe that Nintendo knows there is a fanbase of her so she was considered again after being absent for some time, heh.
She was created for a spin-off like Waluigi even, so I can't think why she was ommited in many of these games, especially when Toad is playable in all of them.

I guess Nintendo just forgot about her for a while or something... I really didn't got that sudden disappearance at all but at least she came back as better as ever
Maybe they though nobody liked her or she wasn't original enough or something?
But now since she's gained more importance with Treasure Trackers, I'd be surprised if she appeared less!
