To be able to Track down Wild Pokemon you need to prove that you are able to care for yourself in the wild.

Draw or Write about your Trainer earning their License
Viggo battling a wild Centiskorch/Dragapult Fusion in the Sylvangloam
Watt isn't really a battling Pokemon... Maybe he could learn something from Shen
Also acting as a capture piece for the Centiskorch/Dragapult! [Bug/Ghost]
