Additional info:

-Artifacts come in two versions: manmade and divine

-Manmade artifacts:

    -are generally considered to be weaker than divine artifacts, but this is not always the case
      -most of them were created by mages before the magic exodus happened, enchanting an item with magical properties is currently not possible

-Divine artifacts:
    -are created by gods only and are one of the very few known ways of gods influencing the world of Myriad
    -their powers and abilities are usually unique and represent the god that created it in some way (powers could be anything, ranging from more classical supernatural abilities like enhanced strength, elemental powers, over shapeshifting and illusions to more outlandish abilities like summoning various creatures or traversal of other domains and dimensions)

    -the requirements for a divine artifact to be used also vary from god to god, some can be used freely by just being in a person's hands, while others may only be worn by a "chosen" one. Some may even require a sacrifice to be made in order to unlock their power.
    -divine artifacts are much harder to identify as such because they do not use magical energy like manmade artifacts do, but instead are fueled by divine energy specifically created for them

General advice for creating artifacts:
    -like with your characters, please make sure they are balanced, meaning no infinity stone type OP artifacts that can do anything without any kind of drawback!
    -the safest way for you to approach artifacts is if you create one from scratch- meaning not to tie them to actual history or famous legends and myths as those may be tied to Myriad's past and may be used by us in a bigger event. (for example the holy grail, the golden fleece, mjolnir, etc.)
