Heck, for most Mobians this is a good starter.I don't claim to be the best at making Mobians by any means *cough**Kojichan *cough* but a friend asked about how to make a Mobian cat. Being that I love cats, Mobian or other, I felt complelled to share what knowlege I have gained in the basics.
