Yep, He is A Human In Disguise All Along

Heres some facts tho

1: The Reason Half of his Face looks different is all because of an Incident That happened Evolving the Moon. When the Moon Got too close, it caused A Supernatural Light that Infected a Lot people That Were exposed to the Moonlight. Local (His nickname) Somehow Got exposed to the Light, But only half of his Body was Infected, It was because that he was quick enough to Hide in the shadows when the light hit him, He was Alright Though For the Most part.

2. He Actually has 3 eyebrows, Reason: The line under his normal eye.

3: Whenever He takes of his mask (Which is the TV Of course), The Screen Quickly Turns off When not on his Head.

4: He was just An Average News person before The Incident Happened.

5: His Real Name Is Still Unknown
(Mainly because I don't know what Name to give him-. Some Name suggestions in the comments Maybe??)
