This line is incredibly original. I would’ve never thought that they could make such an interesting choice. They caught us by surprise, really unexpected and in some ways not needed...at least not now, I mean, I love the idea and Obstagoon is my new favorite Dark type (and I’ve always loved Zigzagoon’s line too) but there are many other ‘mons in need of an evolution and reading all those leaks about Eevee evolving made my hype grow more towards that direction. I really hope to see more regional evolutions from now on, still way better than Giga form (as far as I’m concerned) but, who knows, maybe we’ll see Eeveelutions too!
