Prompt: Growing up together

[ID: The original idea was that you could notice the passing of the years. But since I didn’t know how to represent that… I decided to take the easy way out and draw the four seasons. So let’s use the power of imagination to think that this is the passage of several years.]
“He wasn’t sure why. But after that first meeting, he began to go to the meadow more often. The little rabbit always welcomed him with open arms, as if they were old friends; and of course this was too uncomfortable for him, but he never had the courage to tell her to stop.
Obviously he couldn’t go every day to visit her, but he began to notice that the days he didn’t go to see her felt different.
He was annoying? Sad? Concerned?
He didn’t know what he felt in those moments; what he did know was that the moment he saw her from afar, his heart stopped feeling tight.
And for now, that was all he needed in his life.”
