Yeah, as part of his genetic code, Nega can use Chaos energy as well as some of Shadow's moves, including Shadow's iconic Chaos Blast and Chaos Control. he does have moves of his own, however, such as Chaos Chains, Chaos Illusion and his devastating Final Chaos BlastCome to think of it, he does control Prism energy and Chaos energy at the same time... 0__o
