Phantasmal Tribute
Normal Spell
Send 1 monster with 0 ATK/DEF from your hand or Deck to the GY that specifically list “Raviel, Lord of Phantasms”, then Special Summon 3 "Phantasm Tokens” (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0), but they cannot be used for a Link Summon. You cannot Special Summon monsters the turn you activate this effect, except Fiend, Pyro, and Thunder monsters. You can only activate 1 "Phantasmal Tribute" per turn. While this card is in your GY, a "Raviel, Lord of Phantasms" you control gains these effects.
● You can target 1 monster your opponent controls; destroy it. Neither player can activate cards or effects in response to this effect's activation.
● You can tribute up to 3 monsters you control; this card gains ATK and DEF equal to the combined ATK/DEF of the monsters Tributed by this effect.
Side Note
Had to take the same route komoney's RnD team went so no retrains and instead went about making a card that fixes design flaws.
