OIHANA, the sylvan healer

Oihana is a healer (druid) type character who patronizes small sylvan animals like hares, squirrels, hedgehogs etc.
Started with more of a concept piece in mind which then turned into illustration. Normally while making illustration character and background should be painted at the same time. So in this case after finishing "concept" part I had two options, leave it as is with some abstract background or make an extra step and paint environment around my character. I decided to challenge myself. Hope it turned out okay.
