Though if I may, the forehead is almost a little too long. Also the droplets are a bit out of sync with the movement.
But the detail is fantastic, and you did a wonderful job with the contrasting colors.

Great drawing and the red accents really draw you in and give an exciting "extra" to the picture.
Not sure if the droplets running down the cheeks fully work because of the drops in the air suggesting some rapid motion but that is a minor quibble which is not really taking away from the painting.
