I have a feeling that Medico will be very popular, how (in my opinion) many like these plague doctors. I can also see how this would fit in with the Romantically Apocalyptic universe. This entry is very well done.

a combination of a post apocalyptic world with plague doctors... now that really is something you dont see everyday. the lighting is original which just adds to the cool creepyness factor here... overall it looks awesome, oomizuao definitely has a high chance of winning
