I'm not one who's used to giving critiques, but I'll try one here.
Beautiful is an apt description of the entire image. Certainly the model's pose has great impact, her arched back highlighting the curves of her body and the shape of her thighs. The lifted head, with a serene, almost playful expression on her face and her hand raised to her mouth add to this effect.
The background is rather neutral with just a shaft of light, (I don't know what the white line is). This can be a plus or a minus. The plus is that there is nothing to distract the viewers attention to the model. The minus is that some times a model's appearance is enhanced if there is something substantial to her background, like showing she is in a room, as opposed to completely undefined. I think this is a plus here, as the photograph is showing part of the model only, and thus she occupies most of the image. If all of her was shown, then there would be more background and thus it should be more defined.
Her black garment works beautifully with her dark hair falling over her shoulders, and is also set off by the white pillow or bedcover on which she is lying.
A very attractive picture. Fairly conventional compared to images of models in similar poses, but striking nontheless.

No offense but I find it funny how little negative criticism people get from time to time. I find the shot a little (maybe 3-5%) overexposed on the top (model's forehead area). I know different strokes for different folks but that's my 2 cents.
