5 and 6 weren't bad, and Revelations was pretty good. But yeah, 4 was damn near perfect.

I disagree. I played 6 all the way through, got all the endings. I liked it. And 5 was pretty good too.

5 just did away with everything I loved about 4. And what was with armor taking up a spot in your inventory?

6 was just awful, I played some in the beginning but very quickly got disgusted with it and I haven't taken it up since.

You're missing out. 6 actually has a pretty good storyline. Not sure what was missing from 5, other than the merchant.
