Description
This is from a concept design class I'm taking at the school I'm teaching at. Instructor Christian Gossett( Red Star creator) had everybody 'redesign' Skynet from the latest Terminator. So here it its: a walking, destroying machine factory whose mother might have been the Queen Alien!
I used many elements from the films, as well as Transformers, to piece this thing together. About four hours work, thanks for lookin'!

I'm guessing Skynet has been talking to the Machine of the Matrix
It reminds me of both the squids and the giant harvesters

Scorpanok meets the Matrix meets Skynet meets Sauron's blacksmith meets Doctor Octopus?
I think that about sums it up. Gorgeous detail.
And that single red glowing eye near the top is just so unnerving. Not to mention the fact it's about the size of an entire military gyrocopter given the rough scale.

It would be funny yet sad if in the sixth movie they create a Sarah Connor version of a terminator that killed John, how poetic

On the one hand, your talent is obvious. This is VERY impressive, and the homage to the Queen Alien is great.
It certainly fits as a reimaginging. However, being a fan of the first two films since I was a youngster, I have had more than my fill of reimagining the Terminator saga as of late. The style and storytelling of the past two films were all wrong. That said, this vision of Skynet would fit in well with the new trilogy in production, but not with the originals.
This is not to say I am degrading your work, its excellent. However, stylistically it is more in line with the Matrix than Terminator. I do love the HKs and the searchlights though.

That's funny because I actually thought there was a fair amount of Transformers in there, still though, looks totally badass.
