Nice! For some reason, I really like his boots here. Why? I have no idea. I just notice that in some pictures of him, like this one, his boots make him look awesome, and in some others, they don't draw any attention at all. Why? I have no idea. And I'm too lazy to compare pictures and figure out what the difference is
Anyhow, that shiny/dark style with the big cape and the material creases is totally what the upcoming movie needs to make it look non-corny. Not that the '70s movie wasn't fine...for the '70s...but y'know...

Inks by Bret Breeding, but the drawing is obviously Jerry Ordway I believe.
Those guys did one helluva run on Superman, but mostly because they were in the company of John Byrne and had to keep up! cool colors anyway, and nice choice!

Great work! Brett Breeding? Isn't he the artist that worked on the Death of Superman/Reign of the Supermen? (among other things). He is amazing!!!! You guys did great here.
