I made a little countdown timer for Season 2, clearly meant to be put as Equestria Daily's banner! It's not guaranteed to be used, but I can dream, right? It's just a short wait, fellow bronies! Soon, we will get our new season of pony goodness~! Also, this is subject to change, because I may feel the need to make changes.EDIT: I think I fixed the coding! It should now be counting down to September 17th, 9:00AM EST, no matter where you are. If it doesn't, tell me, and I'll cry a bit and try to fix it.

I saw this included in the untitled Dashie post on EqD. Super job! The only problem with the script is that it's basing the countdown on the viewer's local time. Since the end time of 9am is Eastern Time, the viewer's current time likewise needs to be converted to ET before the difference is calculated. As it is right now, the countdown is only correct for viewers who are themselves on ET.

It was, but now it's been 100% confirmed. There's a link at the top of Equestria Daily that I'm too lazy to go get, so you can just head over there and click it yourself.
