Description
Study of creature concept. The Gorlion is a hybrid of gorilla and sealion, a kind of mammal/anphibian, specialized in long distance swiming and surviving in extreme temperatures and climatic conditions. The creature's eye is not very developed because of the lack of ambient light in his habitat. The quills in their heads and arms are the main sensory organs of the creature, providing a sense of vibration, hearing and smell. They have close to none hearing, relying on the vibration of the water and extreme skill and quickness while swiming to prevent attacks from predators. They have a omnivore diet, feeding of smaller sealife and native plants.

I had so much fun developing this creature! Couple hours for sketching and coloring. Still some errors and flatness overall, but I was very confident with the design and overall idea.
