Angel isn't scared of Crimson, he finds her to be a threat to his family and friends.
He knows that Crimson is as powerful as her father, if not more. As a child, she may not have discovered or have full control over a lot of her powers.. However, she is developing and learning real quickly how to control them.. So, even if she's small, she can still kick ass and kill like her parents, especially her father.
Crimson's personality is also very unstable and she has a very explosive temper, if not worse than Vaggie's, and she becomes very agressive and violent when she's pissed. She often scratches and bites her father if he makes her mad. She bit Devika only once however.

So Angel doesn't want Crimson near his friends or family, due to that, otherwise, he wouldn't have cared. He always tries to be on her good side, because she once threatened him by making his deepest fears come to life, and she won't hesitate and show no mercy without a care in the world. And he knows that she'll keep her word, because Crimson literally never lies, just like how Alastor never frowns. So he tries to be on her good side to protect his family and friends from her. When truely, she is a threat to him.

He always fears that his daughter or sons ( Mainly Watson. ) might be her victims. Crimson would never hurt or threaten Lorri however, but she would kill Watson one day if she has the chance to.
