Hi, I'd really like to purchase this for my friend's birthday present, but when looking at reviews for the site on which it's available, I found very negative ones. There isn't a phone number there, so the only way of contact is through email, and the reply does not come quick. More importantly, people have reported their items being damaged, wrong, or messed up in some way. Do you have any more information about the site? And is there anywhere else it can be bought?
