Description
This is a re-render of an earlier piece, to be found at [link] .What's changed.. basically the whole sky, the surf is gone, the water is more transparent and with help from ~fusionx I made some adjustments in PS concerning sharpness and contrast. Hope you like it.

What a shadow scene! How long did you search for that spot ? it's marvellous! I only have to agree about the height ripples, they disturb me a bit, too. Makes it a bit crispy. Besides that it's an eye catcher par excellence, great colors too. I really like em.

the sun-rays are gorgeous, as are the hills. The ground texture is great!
The texture underwater seems a bit too multi-coloured, or is that reflection of the landscape? hard to tell. anyway, the green bit in the water looks funny...
The clouds also seem a little dark, with the sun behind them like that I would expect a little more of a glow to them.
Still, an awesome Render, great work!

Rays are beautiful here. The water is interesting! Dont think ive ever seen it done like that before. I love the ripples. What stood out most was the realistic terrain detail you have managed on the few highlighted areas. Overall great work keep it up

I like this alot - good Terragen scenes are always nice. The clouds and water are a little too jaggy, but the colors and beauty of the scene make up for it.

i know its hard to do but i think ur persistence should be higher as all the little holes in the clouds just look not right
