The sun is cool! Since its so big it must means its either really near or HUGE! Makes me feel like I'm on another planet.. kind of like earth but.. more friendly.. and a bigger sun.

Firstly, I agree with the sun part
maybe try making a shoreline, because when you have water against soil, dirt, sand, pretty much any texture, it will most likely soak it up, and get darker around the edges in real life
Textures aren't bad, but a little scatty. Try making more of them so to create a more lush effect (lots more grass, perhaps 7-10 different grass textures, and a whole lot more different sand ones). This will improve the realism.
I would suggest lowering the roundness of your planet. It looks a little overly surreal.
Water looks nice, but maybe consider lowering a little so we can see some more landscape, I think that would make it more interesting.
The sky, well I think that you could do more with the sky, but that is personal taste there, so I'll let you imagine up anything or nothing on your own for it

Only thing I dont like is the sun... try reducing the Reflectivity of it in the water settings ... That may help a little ..

looking good.. the sun seems a bit direct, like a spotlight when it should give off more ambience, you know? Kind of? Sort of? In any case, overall it looks good
