Redesigned Arthur 'cause I'm bored. I used his very first and ancient as f design (with TOO BRIGHT rainbow tail) as reference and created this.Notes:
-wings are optional (also can be bigger)
-guts are a little darker than ear insides/nose/pawpads
-magic paint can slightly glow
-he's one of my sonas
