edit 17/02/18: I'll redraw this drawing because I like this character and I just want to redraw him (yes, It's male character). I also forgot say that it's Atlas from Portal 2 as cat. Actually he is my favorite character from this game and maybe I'm going to draw him in his real form (anthropomorph robot), but he is freakin difficult.
