Just finished another supervillian and this one really went all out on designing. I might draw him again for the Inktober thing. Anyway, here's his bio.

Overview: Unlike the other subordinates, Xillian was never human. He was created by Technomancer with intent of being the ultimate organism. Of all the subordinates, Xillian may be the most feared given his terrifying abilities and even more terrifying personality.

Personality: Xillian has a sensational bloodlust and an obsession with horror. Finding great personal enjoyment in inducing fear in and creatively dispatching his targets, he extensively studies the horror genre for inspirations on what forms to take and methods of killing. Xillian acknowledges Technomancer has his creator and even views him as his father, desiring nothing more than making him proud. He will even restrain himself on Technomancer's orders in spite of his blood lust. Xillian also reflects some of Technomancer's personality in that he is highly intelligent, observant, and forward thinking.

Powers and Abilities: Xillian can take the form any living or inanimate object down to the smallest detail, including auras. His body is composed of synthetic cells that can change properties when nessecary and are resistant to most elemental damage. Though his most common form is roughly human sized, the majority of his cells are held within a pocket dimension and can be brought into use or retracted when nessecary, thus allowing him to attain sizes from microscopic to massive. He also is learning from Technomancer to utilize magic.
