It is it's hilarious!. Its season 3 Episode 2.
Basiclly Dara got drunk in the middle of the night and tried to hail a police car because he thought it was a cab. The police then asked Ed to identify him because they thought he was a burglar of some kind.
And the real ball buster was he was wearing a Tuxedo! Like he was an evil gentleman burglar of some kind.

'I tried to impress a girl by doing a magic trick.
You take a postick note, take an empty stapler. Put a staple through the postick note. Slam the empty staple on you're forehead it stays on because it's a poststick note. It looks like you stapled yourself, it's a magic trick.
We were getting ready and i forgot to empty the stapler!'
