Well, this round CLEARLY goes to Arceus. I mean, he's the allegorical God of the Pokemon world. Reshiram's helped make a region and fights for truth, America and apple pie. Cool enough. But really, what IS Reshiram the ruler of?

In the movie Arceus beats Palkia, Dialga and Giratina so i guess he is stronger than Reshiram but if its in the game Reshiram would probably win

Exactly. That's why Reshiram has a more angelic look but Zekrom takes a demonic look. Even though that's how they look, they are still a balanced force.

arceus! have you seen the movie? arecus was able to handle himself against Palkia and Giratina (even though he created them he was able to absorb most of their attacks [loss of some plates]) I would assume he would be able to do the same against Resiram. Plus isn't he like the pokemon the created the universe or something, so technically he would know practically everything..or something... anyways great pictures! your art is awesome!

i think arceus would win as it can change its type to water and fire is not very effective against water so it would make it hard for reshiram

(I posted this same comment on your friends submission and I thought I should post it here as well since I'm not sure if you check the comments on the other one. ^^')
That's a pretty intense piece of artwork! It's a little unfortunate that some of the intensity is lost because of the tight composition. Reshiram and Arceus are both really powerful legendaries and I think their might would be easier to sense if they had more space around them. Or not necessarily around them since the cropping is what it is (it works nicely, though) but between Reshiram and Arceus. Right now their eyes don't get enough space which makes the composition look a little too tight. It could be easily fixed by increasing the distance between the two or by bringing in some perspective. For instance, Arceus could be slightly further away from Reshiram and he could be portrayed not directly from the front but not from the side either, something between.
I hope I didn't sound too harsh! I think this is a great piece and when I saw this I couldn't help commenting on it. The things I pointed out disturbed me slightly but that doesn't mean it makes this picture bad in any way! There's a lot of good in it but by fixing it just a little would make it even better. What I especially like about this one are the colours and the way the shading and the brightest highlights are done. The choice of colours is really fitting as well.
I noticed this was a collaboration and before I noticed that I could've sworn this was made by one person only, the two sides fit together so well! So, great work you two! :>
