Just random scraps from me.. if you have read my journal.. yeh!!!! I cant draw right now! So I submited my old works / unfinished works that will never be posted here!!!! coz its a total mess... O.O

... awww you can always try to find reference in a good resolution magazine for portrait practicing ^^
1. you can try to understand different parts of the face 1st, just try to focus on some parts [link]
if you refer to the link, you have to observe how the artist shade the part, for the face structure, the lighting, the texture of the skin (hard or soft ...) and the details characteristic ^^
2. try to find reference like these [link] and [link]
you can see that the contrast make it really attractive ^^
see if you can draw the eyes so details and of cos the overall proposition must be correct ...
3. after that, you can create any style you like ...

you have to catigorze it as dev id when you submit your devination
you go to your profile and display settings go down to dev id it should have a drop down menu and choose whatever your id is called ^o^ (hope this helped)

but but if I do that, the pic will appear at the top of ur gallery (ex: at ur page, it'll be "pencilled sky" and at my page is "the blue dragon from the east"). I want to placed my pic like ur "dev ID 2 finished". But I dunno how

no that one (the blue dragon of the east) is called your featured devination, its exactly like that but it says dev id next to the drop down menu.....(curse me for not knowing how to mak a desktop screenshot)
